Compliance Analyst II/III
- Research, develop, and maintain contract language for product forms and related systems, processes and materials with minimal direction.
- Instruct user departments to ensure compliance with all federal and state legislation on product forms.
- Train and / or mentor other compliance analysts in all aspects of product form compliance. (Compliance III)

Compliance An, II) 5-7 years experience in insurance industry, including 3-5 years as a compliance analyst
Compliance An, III) 7-10 years of insurance industry experience required, including 5-7 years as a compliance analyst
- Knowledge of organizational structure, Company policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of Company systems applicable to contract design and structure
- Proficiency with English grammar
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analysis and interpretation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of contract construction
