job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

Account coordinators will manage individual accounts and work with their own group of clients and sales members.

Duties will include

  • Outbound calls to coordinate service details
  • Document / Log conversations and inquiries with customers
  • Work Closely with sales teams to assist clients
  • Organize workload to reach individual project milestones
  • Run necessary reports to detail updates on progress with necessary installation or shipment schedules

Skills

Candidate requirements include :

  • strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite & large database systems)
  • strong organizational skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
  • Background or interest in sales
  • Complete and full availability the first 90 days of employment
  • Self-motivated & works well independently
  • Ability to take initiative
  • strong attention to detail
  • Excellent work ethic

Must pass assessments.
