Account coordinators will manage individual accounts and work with their own group of clients and sales members.
Duties will include
- Outbound calls to coordinate service details
- Document / Log conversations and inquiries with customers
- Work Closely with sales teams to assist clients
- Organize workload to reach individual project milestones
- Run necessary reports to detail updates on progress with necessary installation or shipment schedules
