ProCare Therapy currently has an opening for a Social Workerin a welcoming and supportive school district for this academic year.
The district is open to interviewing candidates from diverse backgrounds, with a preference for those with school-based experience.

Job Details :
- Onsite near the Middletown, Connecticut area
- Start ASAP
students / ageson caseload TBD
1 or more school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct services to students with mental health services on their IEP including 1 : 1 meetings, social skills groups, etc.
- Conduct evaluations in the social emotional area and IEP development and documentation
- Support with development of FBAs and BIPs, provide crisis support as needed
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work with School Social Work certification in Connecticut.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
