Mission :
Déterminer les solutions et préconisations techniques et les communiquer aux clients.
Analyser des problèmes techniques sur les calculateurs automobile.
Informer les clients des problèmes techniques relevés et des modifications et réparations à apporter.
Former des utilisateurs à un produit ou un équipement.
Effectuer le suivi technique des produits et de leur évolution auprès des clients.
Apporter une assistance technique / expertise incidentologie / Culture Après-vente automobile.
Profil :
L’anglais / Français est obligatoire.
Connaissances Vehicle , Architecture automobile,Réseaux CAN,BUS,LIN.. Corvet,Doti,Diagalyser,Simutrame.
Maitrise souhaitable des outils suivants :
- Anydesk,Webex, or similar..
- JIRA, Atlassian.
