BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Control Specialist in Monroe, Ohio

Position Title : Inventory Control Specialist

Location : Monroe, Ohio

Anticipated Start Date : October 13th, 2025

Expected Duration : 12 months strong possibility for extension

Job Type : [FULL TIME (>

Pay Range : $18 / hr - $20 / hr

Job Description / General Duties

Inventory Control Specialist Monroe, Ohio Position support the flow of printing equipment and parts in a central logistics facility. Candidate will heavily utilize Web applications, including Enterprise level systems, as well as Office products - especially Excel. Work environment includes a dynamic mix of office and warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

Performs inventory cycle counting to ensure accuracy of equipment and parts or individual pallets against packing lists

• Investigates inventory / system of record variances in a timely manner to determine root causes o
• Prints order, packing lists and Bill of Lading documents and ensure attachment to correct corresponding orders
• Analyzes and maintains appropriate Inventory levels and notifies other team members of gaps, constraints, or pending demand
• Confirms shipments in Web / Enterprise systems and reconciles orders and remaining inventory
• Manages priorities and focus items independently to meet deadlines and scheduling requirements
• Works with operators in the warehouse responsible for physical receipt / ship / movement of goods to resolve any discrepancies or variances
• Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional departments and employees
