We are currently recruiting for an Human Resources Manager with manufacturing experinece to come into a Leadership Role within a Manufacturing environment.
As the HR Manager, you will report into the plants Site Manager and lead day to day Human Resources functions; generalist, payroll, benefits, prefer to have training (a big plus), and be competent and capable of building and leading an HR Team comprising of approx 2-4 individuals.
This is a Hands On position, and need an HR professional not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get dirty into the day to day.
Qualified candidates must have : Bachelors Degree PHR (not required but highly desired) Prior HR Leadership experience Manufacturing experience is a must Must be ok with a hands on role This is in-office;
not hybrid or remote - must be ok with in-office role M-F Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident No relocation offered; local candidates only
