Automotive Office Manager

Gerald Ford in North Aurora is seeking an experienced, engaged, and motivated Automotive Office Manager to work closely with operations to ensure efficient schedule management and accurate financial reporting.

Job responsibilities
- Review balance sheet schedules and research and / or escalate discrepancies
- Work with office staff to ensure accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Work with the General Manager to assist with cash management and expense analysis
- Manage and safeguard the assets and ensure that internal controls are in place
- Understanding of all accounting positions
- Timely submission of the monthly financial statement to the manufacturer
Requirements
- 5+ years automotive experience with multiple office functions
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve, and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and training skills
- Possess a sense of urgency and stability
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Dealertrack DMS preferred
- Ford factory program knowledge preferred
