- plan, organize and supervise arrangements for travel and meetings; draft, review, and prepare correspondence; complete special projects and assignments with minimal supervision and assume administrative responsibilities regarding requests for information, dissemination of information, and coordination with University departments;
reconcile and monitor budgets for routine office expenditures. Required Qualifications Required :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years secretarial, administrative and / or office management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office or similar
Preferred Qualifications Preferred :
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete deadlines with varied work load
- Experience with Banner and ScreenCloud
