Who We're Looking For :

We are looking for a New Site Build Civil Technician II who will be tasked with learning all aspects of the new site build and who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of new site builds.
• Learn to wire customer equipment, both inside and outside shelters.
• Understand and use the necessary tools and materials for the job.
• Develop skills in identifying and managing hazards associated with wiring and power tools.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and learn site-specific safety measures.
• Follow procedures meticulously and complete tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate performance concerns effectively.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with colleagues and clients.
• Be prepared for overnight travel and work in various weather conditions (heat, snow, rain, wind).

Qualifications :

• Basic telecom or civil experience, including familiarity with construction drawings and equipment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License or CDL is advantageous.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screen.
• Local to the Henderson, NV area.
