The Order Management Specialist performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx’s Sales Account Manager over Order Management.

Primary areas of work responsibility include order verification, sales support and purchasing support. This position works within our sales department to provide support for management of sales orders, as well as responsible to verify, authenticate, create and properly maintain drug T3 pedigrees.

• Schedule : M-F 5 : 45am 2 : 15pm (4 days a week in office, 1 day remote)
• Job Type : Full Time, 40 hours / week
• Pay : $18.00 / hour (DOE)

Duties & Responsibilities :

Order Verification :

oVerify online orders against internal purchase orders

oLocate corresponding invoices and file electronically

oProduce shipping labels; coordinate shipping instruction with vendors

oResearch and reconcile vendor order discrepancies

oCentral contact for vendor order inquiries

Product Authentication :

oCompile and compose drug T3 / EPCIS documentation

Accounting Support :

oProcess vendor invoices

oOrder review, research and correct discrepancies

Purchasing Support

oAssist purchasing team with various tasks as needed

• Product Sourcing via Online Searches
• Customer Service Support (instant messenger and email)
• Other duties as assigned

oMaintain customer and vendor files

oProduct organization within software system

oProperly review, and correct aged entries in software system

Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience, along with a minimum of 1 year in customer service, demonstrating your ability to navigate high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple departments and manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Strong detail orientation to ensure accuracy and quality while juggling diverse responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating resilience and self-motivation in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling you to efficiently handle tasks across departments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to work independently and accurately solve problems
• Ability to sit / stand for long periods of time with or without the use of a sit stand desk
• Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods of time
• Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a headset
• Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT Office
