Premier Veterinary Medical Group (formerly Central Veterinary Associates) in Rockville Center (Long Island) seeks a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our practice.
Our unique system of delivering outstanding veterinary care begins with providing convenient animal clinic locations throughout Nassau and Queens Counties.

- Modern building with four exam rooms, fully equipped treatment area and ICU, surgical suite
- Fully AAHA-accredited
- Emergency care, surgery, advanced diagnostics and treatment services, pain management, dentistry, boarding
- Digital radiography (including dental radiography), ultrasonography, electrocardiography, endoscopy
- In-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology and urinalysis on an emergency basis;
Antech laboratories with multiple daily pick-ups used for specialized diagnostics and consultations
- Fully stocked in-house pharmacy
- Impromed Infinity Software
Skills and Qualifications :
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in New York
- Works collaboratively with hospital team members
- Makes decisions confidently and effectively
- Manages time and tasks appropriately
- Models a professional and kind manner with staff and clients
