Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Facilitates the achievement of financial, operational, growth, relationship, and customer satisfaction goals within their region.
- Manages a regional team of account managers servicing government agencies and health plan customers.
- Creates annual account plans and sets strategies to achieve customer growth, operational, satisfaction and retention targets.
- Serves as conduit to PPL departments to ensure customer contract requirements are executed timely and that SLAs and performance standards are met.
- Develops broadscale relationships across their region, including within customers, government agencies, advocacy and participant groups, state legislatures, industry organizations, and partners.
- Secures rebids through RFP shaping, preparation, and strategy.
- Identifies risks and opportunities and works with PPL leadership to develop and execute R&O initiatives.
- Identifies revenue opportunities and partners with the business development team to execute sales activities.
- Partners with government relations to drive a legislative and regulatory agenda that benefits our clients and PPL.
- Manages with metrics and is accountable for performance of their team and contracts.
- Cultivates thought leadership and industry opportunities that advances the PPL brand.
- Actively engages cross functional to develop plans and resolve issues through collaboration.
- Identifies ways to improve processes and results to add value to our clients and PPL.
- Oversees accounts receivable for assigned portfolio to minimize balances.
- Participates in networking by presenting at industry conferences, development of white papers through emerging trends and policy analysis.
- Meets all deadlines and is highly responsive to external and internal stakeholders.
- Builds a high performing team and a culture that is engaging and inclusive.
- Mentors, coaches and develops team members, enabling employee retention and satisfaction.

- Must be skilled in balancing competing deadlines, resource allocation, and communication with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all programs.
Qualifications :
- Education & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 15+ years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with Medicaid programs.
- A minimum of 5 years working with state government and health plan clients.
Working Conditions :
- Remote Office Setting.
- Local, statewide, and national travel required
Supervisory Responsibility (If applicable) :
2-6 direct reports, oversee a team of up to 20 individuals.
