Job Summary :
The Social is seeking a personable and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating a memorable guest experience.
As a Bartender, you will craft cocktails from our signature menu, assist with guest recommendations, and ensure every drink is made with quality and care.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain an organized and fully stocked bar area.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a bartender or similar role in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bartending techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume shifts with efficiency.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance.
