We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager focused on operational project execution. In this role, you will translate strategic direction from supervisors and clients into actionable project plans, overseeing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
Working closely with internal teams, you will manage workflows, coordinate tasks, and address any issues that could impact project success.
This role is primarily focused on internal coordination, with no client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal teams to assign resources and set deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or risks to keep deliverables on track.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors to ensure client needs are reflected in practical project plans.
- Align internal project resources by organizing team meetings to maintain momentum and clarify project tasks.
- Proactively identify issues that could impact timelines or quality and take measures to mitigate them.
- Provide regular project status updates to supervisors and stakeholders, outlining progress, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure projects meet organizational standards for quality and performance.
- Identify potential business opportunities and communicate them to the client Account Manager for follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience with project management software, such as ClickUp.
- Proven experience managing technical projects, such as websites, through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience overseeing graphic design, digital, print, and PDF production projects.
- Ability to adhere to strict client requirements for data handling and follow general security best practices.
- Fluent in English, with availability to work Eastern (GMT-5) hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with video project management.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AEM) as a user or content manager.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $30 - $40 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
