Job Summary
Are you an organized, motivated individual with attention to detail? Midway Trailer Sales wants to hear from you! We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist / Title & License Clerk to join our team.
Position includes a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a Simple IRA with employer match.
The ideal candidate should be a friendly, reliable individual who takes the initiative and willing to work together to be part of a team.
Also having strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Previous dealership experience preferred, but not required.
Pay : $XX - $XX
Expected hours : 40 hours (Monday Saturday with a day off during the week)
Responsibilities
- You will support the sales / service department and management teams.
- You will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties.
- Answer phones, greet customers, filing, data entry, organizing deposits and check requests.
- Check in titles and follow up on missing trade title information.
- Process title and tax paperwork for trailer deals.
- Take various trailer photos to post to the website.
- Working together with the sales and service department to resolve any discrepancies and finalize the sale.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Some dealership experience working as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing office manager duties preferred.
- Possess a valid drivers license and pass a background check
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and verbal communication skills
