As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our dining and event spaces, ensuring outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dining and event staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage daily dining room activities, including reservations and guest requests.
- Provide exceptional service and promptly address any guest concerns.
- Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high-end dining or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service and event planning expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility for varied schedules.
- Availability on weekends and holidays is required.
- Food Service experience required.
