Your New Role
As our Service Technician - HPTSS you will be responsible for conducting hands-on day-to-day service work and related tasks to these operations, such as service record keeping and logistical support.
Activities performed at this service shop are focused on delivering HPTSS to the offshore clients.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities :
- Performing service and repair work on HPTSS components in full compliance with the various OEM service manuals and procedures (including applicable service bulletins), Company policies and procedures, MPM (Maintenance Policy Manual), and Supervisor’s instructions.
- Service and repair work includes (but is not limited to) operating laundry equipment to clean suit components, pressure testing suit components to detect potential failures, tear-down and rebuild of HUEBA (Helicopter Underwater Emergency Breathing Apparatus) equipment and inspection, battery replacement of PLB (Personal Locator Beacon) equipment, and LPU (Life Preserver Unit) servicing.
- Keeping the service shop and Company owned or leased tools, equipment, and delivery vehicle(s) in clean and organized condition.
- Ensure all services performed are appropriately logged on the applicable electronic and paper means of record keeping (.
C-SAM system / checklists / release documentation / .
- Performing pick-up and delivery runs between the service facility and customer designated sites.
- Inform the Service Supervisor immediately if you become aware of any breakdown in service quality or any health and safety related issue.
- Rotational on-call may be required.
