HOW A PROGRAM CONTROL MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting.
- Prepare and review contract deliverable items to include briefings, Contract Funds Status Report, meeting notes / minutes and other items required by the client.
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload Manages risk tracking process
- Attends customer meetings and serve as client liaison
- Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
- Review subcontractor's delivery plans and financial invoices.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
- Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science
Required Experience : 5+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level : TS / SCI with Polygraph
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective customer service skills to anticipate customer challenges
- Effective administrative and organizational skills
- Effective people management skills
- Advanced knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures Understanding of financial management policies, processes, and procedures Awareness of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations
