Pay Range : $31 - $40 per hour depending upon experience

Time Frame : Temporary 5-6 months to cover a medical leave

What's a typical day as a Lease Financial Accountant? You'll be :

• Reviewing and preparing monthly rent statements, account reconciliations, and annual CAM / INS / Property Tax reconciliations for a multi-state and multi-unit company
• Assisting in the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the month-end and year-end accounting close process

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a positive attitude and are very flexible to meet changing demands
• Have lease accounting experience in a multi-unit, multi-state company
• Have experience in an enterprise financial program on a similar scale to Workday
• It would be a plus (but not required) if you have experience in Lease Accounting software (e.g., Tango or any other lease accounting software).
