Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. We’re looking for an ERP Business Analyst Developer with Epicor expertise to join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes through technology. This role combines the critical thinking of a Business Analyst with the technical skills of a Developer—perfect for someone who loves both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Design, configure, and develop within Epicor to meet operational and business goals.
- Perform ETL, data validation, and quality checks to support reporting and analytics.
- Lead testing, troubleshooting, and QA to ensure system reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system records .
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams , ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
