Salary :
As Senior Marketing Manager at Investorlift, you will be focused on the strategy and execution of growing and maintaining the public image and perception of Investorlift and its subsidiaries.
This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, but consistent collaboration among all senior executives and leadership is to be expected.
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels that help drive sales and increase brand awareness.
You will play a critical role in the team’s overall marketing efforts, taking the initiative and working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing programs that will drive growth.
The ideal candidate should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy development and execution and be able to work across different marketing disciplines under tight deadlines to drive our current growth phase of business.
This leadership position will be focused on the optimization of our marketing, content production, and affiliate and partnerships teams to achieve this goal, both in near term deliverables and long term effects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including final oversight on print, digital, and video marketing assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging to our product offerings and market position advantages.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop and execute marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and distribution.
- Contribute to the brand development of Investorlift and its subsidiaries, leading a unified effort in advisory communications and brand continuity across all our product offerings.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis to continuously optimize allocation of marketing resources.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, inclusive of formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Collaborate with customer and sales teams to generate insights to improve outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in marketing for a SaaS product or related real estate industry
- Experience creating various types of content, such as emails and website copy, press releases, blog content, and short and long form visual media.
- 3+ years experience producing content and managing an editorial calendar
- Strong understanding of social media, web, SEO, content management, email marketing, and emerging marketing technologies and opportunities
- Strong content writing and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple priorities at a high capacity
