The Role
Join our dedicated team as Administration Relief Staff.
Are you detail-oriented and an adaptable individual with a passion for administration work in an educational environment?
We are seeking reliable and skilled relief staff to support our administrative team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support across various departments in Reception, Secondary and Primary, Boarding, Music and Sport.
- Cover for regular staff during leave or peak periods.
- Provide excellent customer service to our student and parent community.
Qualifications :
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities.
