Responsibilities :

• Design and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions
• Develop multiple product offerings at any given time
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Architect and develop back-end systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Optimize and refactor services for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and share relevant knowledge with the team
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance
• Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Develop & manage DevOps pipelines and infrastructure using IAC. All backend engineers are expected to understand the infrastructure & pipelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience as a software developer
• Experience with database design and implementation
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot & Maven a plus
• Experience managing Azure resources a plus
• Experience creating & managing build & deployment pipelines a plus
• Experience with terraform a plus
