Position Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic Residential Landscape Design Sales Representative who thrives in a client-facing role. You’ll be responsible for working closely with homeowners to understand their vision, offering creative solutions, and guiding them through the design process.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for landscape design and a proven ability to build strong relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet with residential clients to assess their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Develop customized landscape design solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and design plans.
• Coordinate with in-house design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of sales experience in the residential landscape design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and project management.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and close sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with landscape design software and project estimating tools is a plus.
