How you will contribute :
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our FSE Project Management and Field Technician Teamsby utilizing a variety of computer programs to compile project documentation.
You will utilize strong attention to detail by creating and maintaining technician packets for the field to assist with the installation and commissioning of the systems.
You will participate in job scope meetings and weekly progress meetings capturing important information to ensure parties complete tasks in adherence to the due dates and ensure paperwork is submitted to customersappropriately.
You will also help facilitate communication with our internal and external customers, and assist the Project Management Team with subcontract requests, change order submissions, and project-specific reports.
This role will also support the FSE Superintendent and Field Technicians by scheduling and coordinating Technician calendars on a daily basis and facilitating equipment needs for team members out in the field.
This is an exciting opportunity to be very instrumental in the successful execution of our FSE construction projects.
What you need to qualify :
Ideal candidate should bring to Ahern a completed Associate's degree in an administrative program and / or three to five years of administrative support type experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Those who will excel as a Project Coordinator will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Being proficient in Microsoft Office programs along with being technically inclined to learn industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and Smartsheet s will be essential.
