HEOR CONSULTANT (1 OPENING)

SUMMARY :
Our client requires the support of an experienced HEOR Consultant to assist with multiple projects. This consultant will be working under the direction of the Vice President of HEOR.
They will be responsible for providing research support for two or more Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies with upcoming filings for the FDA and in the EU.
This consultant will be working extremely hands-on conducting research day to day. They will be responsible for overseeing and collaborating with the vendors to explore advanced methodologies, determining the best solutions and strategies as they prepare for their filings.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- PhD or MS in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services, or other related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of HEOR experience within the life science or agency experience
- A mix of CRO and Sponsor experience is ideal, however, CRO experience is most preferred due to the hands-on nature of the role
- Must have experience conducting in-depth research for RWE studies, collaborating and overseeing vendors, doing documentation etc.

Experience working in the therapeutic areas of rare diseases, ophthalmology, neurology and / or immunology is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for conducting in-depth research for HEOR studies such as literature reviews, burden of illness analyses, budget impact models, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world evidence.
- Contribute and / or develop documentation, communicate with vendors, and determine best methodologies as they relate to these studies
- Oversee and collaborate with external partners including payers, health care providers, etc. to maintain strong relationships while gathering insights into research projects
- Lead the HEOR / RWE projects while working closely with cross-functional internal teams
- Must be comfortable sharing and / or presenting research findings with internal and external stakeholders
LOCATION :
Work will be performed remotely. Any US time zone is acceptable.
