Job Title : Senior UAT Tester
Duration : 18-24 months Contract To Hire
Location : Charlotte, NC
Day To Day :
- This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes.
- These individuals are subject matter experts on testing practices ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- They help condition and generate test data, build, and execute both manual and automated test suites, record and communicate the test results, and assist with triaging defects.
Must Haves :
- Minimum of 5 years of UAT experience
- Well-versed with all the aspects of SDLC and Agile concepts
- Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution
- Strong in Functional testing
- Strong in Automation testing like Selenium and Cucumber
- Strong in ETL testing, concepts, SQL Server, or any database (familiar in writing queries, functions, Stored procedures etc.)
- Experience or exposure in Agile methodology
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong knowledge in Agile methodology
- Able to create detailed, comprehensive test cases / scripts / scenarios based on Business requirements / user stories
- Experience with JIRA
- Able to apply test strategies
- Ability to provide testing status / reporting
