Senior Impact Program Coordinator

Steelcase is hiring a dynamic and passionate Senior Program Coordinator to join our Impact Team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role plays a crucial part in our Better Future Community, designing and delivering experiences, opportunities, and activities with our global community that are rooted in shared practice and purpose for collective impact. What you will be doing :

• Driving social impact while building trust with community partners and employees
• Building and engaging a global learning community on topics of education, equity, and the environment
• Providing thought leadership and consulting with internal and external stakeholders on topics related to our people and planet impact
• Designing, managing, and coordinating learning and engagement programs for our Better Futures Community, e.g. webinars, workshops, innovation boot camps
• Providing project design, including supporting the development of innovative solutions, as well as operational processing of activities
• Co-design program and initiatives, implement and measure their success
• Providing analysis & content preparation (data on projects, PowerPoint presentations, briefs, etc) for priority topics and executive management meetings
• Supporting other core processes for the Impact team (e.g. finance, communications, and events) as required

Minimum Requirements :

• Experience leading initiatives focused on community and / or impact
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (Human Centered Design, Learning & Development, Psychology etc.) or relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• You have a strong network and are passionate about community involvement

Desired experience :

• Experience in UX and / or learning design or related
• Previous exposure working in a global environment
• Fluent in French (bonus)
