- Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs

Bilingual French / Eng Customer Service Rep duties :
- Provide customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.
- Provide timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
- Visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads
