Halff has an opening for a Senior Project Manager (P.E.) / Senior Design Engineer in our Northwest Arkansas Transportation Practice.
The candidate will office our of our Bentonville, AR or Fayetteville, AR office location. The ideal candidate will bring Municipal and DOT roadway design experience.

Senior Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation Responsibilities :
- Works under a Team Leader in leading the development and delivery of roadway design projects
- Leads delivery of transportation design projects for ARDOT and municipalities
- Manages multiple transportation tasks or projects in support of business needs
- Manages subconsultants and the workload of design staff including Engineers, EIT’s, and technical staff
- Develops and manages project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Reviews transportation deliverables for accuracy and consistency
- Reports on project progress and budgets
- Collaborates with clients and other consultants
- Assists with business development activities
Senior Project Manager (P.E.) - Transportation Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in public works or transportation project delivery
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (Arkansas preferred)
- Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff
- Client interaction and development along with project production
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The candidate should have a positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player and a person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success
- Municipal and DOT roadway design experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MicroStation, Inroads and OpenRoads preferred
