We are seeking a contract Sr. VOIP Engineer (Architect) for one of our telecommunications clients in Colorado.
Pay : $65-$70 DoE
Our client is looking for someone who has experience Project Managing and overseeing the deployment of a large-scale VoIP network and who has a solid understanding of VoIP Architecture and infrastructure.
This is a 9 10-month contract role in Colorado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the overall system architecture and ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Role :
You’ll serve as both a Project Manager / Sr. VOIP Engineer (Architect) and technical expert on executive-level project teams, providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
The Challenge :
Assisting in managing the redesign, upgrade, and migration of large-scale campus VOIP Architecture / infrastructure.
What will catch our eye :
MA / MS with at least 15 years of experience.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or similar.
Candidates quasi-local to the Colorado Springs area are a huge plus.
Key Skills : VOIP Engineer, Architect Project Manager, Voice Architect, Voice Infrastructure, Network Design, VOIP Internet Service Provider (ISP), Routing and Switching (CCNA, CCNP, JNICE), SBCs, Softswitch Technologies, Design / engineering voice switches, gateways.
