Title : IT Infra Project Manager

High level requirements :
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred formal Project Management accreditation preferred (PRINCE 2 or PMP)
Understanding of High level Infrastructure design and architecture
Understanding of HW Installation and qualification process
Knowledge of business process analysis & design, IT Architecture, technical standards and GxP requirements
Organizational change management, negotiation and Service Provider management skills
Ability to navigate in a complex organization & dealing with ambiguity
A good understanding of CMDB in Service Now
A solid understanding of finances and financial tracking & forecasting
Good budget management skills
A solid understanding of RFPs, vendor management and HW / Services ordering
Very good communication and collaboration skills
Track record in managing global IT infrastructure projects
Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization
Ability to lead global, multicultural teams
Vendor management / service management skills
High level responsibilities :
Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
Accountability to ensure adherence with existing IT standards, Security and Compliance policies and procedures
Provide deep technical knowledge and guidance to support decision making
Maintain risk / issue registers for each service area and project
Follow Client project management methodology for project deliverables, status reports and reviews
Develop and present periodic status reports and dashboards on completed and remaining activities to project sponsors / stakeholders / steering committees
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with priority objectives and timely and accurate completion of required steps
Track progress on the execution of the project plans and report status to the project lead
Deliver resource and project plans as basis for project CAR creation and for overall project plan.
Participate in establishment of project budgets and investment proposals
Provide program reporting including overall performance of the work in scope
