About the Role :
The role of Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of process enhancement initiatives.
This position is vital to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our telecommunications operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes within the operations team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the evaluation of current operational processes and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Work closely with the Process Improvement Manager to implement process improvement projects.
- Track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Participate in process mapping and documentation efforts.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at operational improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments to support process improvement efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in telecommunications and process improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt / Green Belt) or similar process improvement certifications.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
