- Play a pivotal role in helping patients understand the impact of movement on health and collaborate with the clinical team to provide tailored exercise recommendations.
- Design strategies to help patients overcome challenges, introduce better habits, and lifestyle behaviors to optimize their well-being.
- Utilize knowledge of body anatomy to identify physical issues caused by posture or movement and provide corrective guidance.
- Offer tailored guidance based on patient health data, lab, and DNA results, collaborating with the clinical team to encompass exercise, dietary recommendations, and mental health strategies.
- Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest developments in exercise, health, and wellness practices, incorporating evidence-based techniques into coaching sessions.
- Provide empathetic and motivational support to patients, helping them overcome obstacles and maintain their commitment to well-being.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to conduct coaching sessions, maintain records, and communicate with clients.- Collaborate with other health and wellness team members to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client care.
- Ensure clinical and operational flexibility to align with the dynamic nature of the team and environment.
