• As an independent business, a deal can be structured that suits you and your family. As a rule of thumb, the business offer 40% on new business and 25% on renewals, but can be flexed depending on your requirements on your base salary in the earlier years
• You will have the opportunity to build out your own practice, should you wish to. There really isn't a ceiling so if you have wider / bigger aspirations outside of a pure production role, this could be an excellent opportunity for you
• This business are also looking to partner with other like-minded insurance agencies / brokers, as well as seeking opportunity to purchase books of business
