Orchestrate large Blitzy runs for sweeping refactors; review and harden the resulting PRs. Establish AI-assisted development standards—prompt patterns, validation gates, automated testing. Drive technical strategy with Product, ensuring we solve the right problems, not just write more lines of code. Automate CI / CD and infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform so deployment stays self-service and fast. Bring 8+ years of production web experience and have nuanced points of view on various AI coding tools. Default to writing tests even when AI drafts the first pass. Have been an engineering management leader before, but would prefer to focus on technical leadership and individual contribution. Communicate crisply—concise RFCs, Loom walk-throughs, thoughtful code reviews. Stay current on AI research, blogs, and podcasts, and can cite a recent insight that changed your perspective.
