Job Details :

We are seeking a VP of Information Technology (IT) to join our team in the Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT department, ensuring the alignment of the IT strategy with the overall business strategy.

This position involves leading the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems, and providing high-quality IT support to our team.

The VP of IT will also play a critical role in disaster recovery planning and execution. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with the company's business strategy.
• Manage and oversee the IT department, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems.
• Provide high-quality IT support to our team, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring the company is prepared for any potential IT issues.
• Manage the company's data warehouse and database, ensuring the secure and efficient storage and retrieval of data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including HIPPA, URAC, and EPIC.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our IT strategy as appropriate.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including data warehouses and databases.
• Experience with HIPPA, URAC, EPIC, and other relevant regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts to non-technical team members.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and incorporate them into our IT strategy.
