Compensation :
$100,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
- Host two open houses monthly
- Spend 10 hours a week prospecting
- Engage in script practice as per team standards
- Participate in team activities as required
- Attend weekly team meetings, weekly 1 : 1 coaching sessions and periodic trainings
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, neighborhoods, and other buyer-related topics
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Professional in attitude and appearance
