Position Summary :

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in collaboration with the NPTC NHSc Finance Head to establish and oversee the budget for NPTC NHSc on a global scale.

This includes managing the month-end close process, encompassing reporting, forecasting, and facilitating the budget process.

Responsibilities may involve conducting analyses of actual spend versus budget and / or working with shared services to streamline accounting and reporting procedures.

Additionally, the Finance Manager will provide support to other functions at the Bridgewater R&D Site and the wider R&D community, delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis.

The position will ensure clear and effective reporting of financial results while upholding compliance and maintaining an appropriate internal control environment with segregation of duties.

This is a hybrid role with 50% on-site in our Bridgewater, NJ HQ.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with NPTC NHSc Finance Head to establish and control budget for NPTC NHSc
• Ensure transparent allocation of shared services cost to NHSc NPTC
• Quarterly R&D Bridgewater Site management letters and SAP uploads (budget & forecasts)
• Magnitude Reporting (Financial Reporting to Nestle Headquarters)
• Provide financial support to R&D teams
• Disciplined execution of F&C processes for the NPTC, e.g. :

Execute and coordinate period end closing activities

• Local transactional accounting
• Controlling inter group recharges (ICOFORM Champion).
• Local financial facility management of suppliers
• Internal Control ( Segregation of Duties)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years' experience in financial planning and reporting
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Background in manufacturing environment a plus!
• Experience with SAP and Power BI a plus!

• Attention to details for accurate financial reporting
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Ability to work within a cross-functional, cross-cultural, dynamic team environment and a strong Ability to quickly adapt to change
