The Team : We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team supporting Engineering Workbench.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of new features and enhancements to our software products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business success.

Responsibilities :

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a detailed product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and up-to-date.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progress and changes.
• Ensure that product releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for any product-related queries or issues.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product owner or a related role.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software products and engineering workflows is a plus.

The Location : Denver, Colorado (Remote)

Benefits :

Compensation / Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates) : Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000.

Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
