Employee Relations Business Partner
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner who provides guidance and support on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct investigations into employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutionsAdvise on performance issues and ADA reasonable accommodation requests while collaborating with subject matter expertsServe as a confidential advisor to employees and managers, facilitating training on workplace mattersRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, Legal, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of employment lawDemonstrated experience as an investigator (preferred)Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
