RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide territory coverage primarily (but not exclusively) in West Coast.
Manage Key Account Plans for strategic customers. Build, maintain and grow effective business relationships with these key customers : identify customer needs and expectations and forecast its changes over time.
Build rapport, credibility and value with assigned customers by responding quickly and professionally to inquiries (technical, pricing, samples).
Work with fellow Sales Executives, Technical Team Members and Management to achieve the annual sales and margin targets.
Manage the day to day operations of account management to meet the needs of both customers and the company.
Identify and drive new sales opportunities (own a sales target).
Manage the timely completion of all sales reporting including pipeline management, customer call reports and win-loss reports etc.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) or chemistry preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of sales or account / program management experience will be a must.
Technical Sales experience required including international sales.
Experience in electronic products, preferably with leading brands such as Apple, Google, HP, Amazon etc.
Familiarity with electronics coatings would be valuable.
Excellent track record for sales performance, and complex solution selling will be a plus.
Ability to articulate technical concepts and deliver critical information by writing technical emails and / or responding to technical inquires.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Outstanding communication and negotiation capability and willing to learn and work under pressure to meet high expectations.
