Crescent Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Music & Worship for the family. Some duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Coordinates scheduling and planning of combined liturgies and coordinated approach to liturgical seasons within the parish family.
- Supervision of other staff musicians and supply help in the parish family.
- Ability to be sensitive and have respect for the musical culture of the five parishes in the family.
- Direct music at 2 parishes in the family whose music programs have been combined for many years.
- Trains, directs, and supervises one choir, instrumental ensembles, and cantor programs.
- Excellent organ and piano skills with additional instrumental knowledge preferred.
- Oversight of Worship Commissions and Liturgical planning.
- Maintains and develops personal and professional skills.
