- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, by the American Bar Association.
- Admission to at least one US State Bar
- 3 to 5 years of experience, in-house legal or law firm.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of corporate structuring and corporate governance
- Experience in some or all of these areas : regulatory compliance, product liability, commercial transactions.
- Understanding of or experience with risk management / insurance programs a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
