Summary :
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a polished Receptionist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client’s office.
You will provide essential administrative support to the team, helping to maintain a friendly and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and greet all visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and complete necessary safety documentation.
Assess visitor needs and direct them to the appropriate employee or department.
Manage incoming calls, screen and route them accordingly.
Regularly check and respond to messages on the phone system.
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, whether in person or over the phone, providing accurate information.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team.
Assist with order entry and tracking of customer orders.
Distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
Coordinate and execute daily / weekly mailings.
Undertake additional day-to-day tasks and assignments as required to support business operations.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience in a medical or dental facility is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a keen ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle various tasks as needed.

Compensation : $35,000 $50,000
Work hours : 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm
