We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for a short-term, 3 to 6 month assignment. The successful candidate will have experience managing complex projects, with acquisitions and integrations.
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management software is preferred. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the project process, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all phases of the project, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize Smartsheet to track project milestones, assign tasks, and manage project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status, including key metrics and progress against the plan.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners or vendors.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing project needs and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work independently when necessary.
