Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone / buprenorphine.

Provides individual counseling to highly complex patients. Conducts clinical assessments to appropriately assess patient’s treatment needs.
Designs and updates the patient’s treatment plan, including care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning. Manages assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements.
Collaborates with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services. Facilitates urine drug screening for patients.
- Advancement opportunities. Clear, climbable structure into Counselor levels (1, 2, 3) based on the certification or license held.
- Targeted caseload . Caseloads follow state regulations and can range from 40-55 patients.
- Excellent training if you are new to our field . We are able to offer necessary training / supervision to those in process of becoming fully certified or licensed.

- Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.
- Must be licensed in the state of TN as LMSW Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.
- No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
- General experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting.
- Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week .
- Monday : 8 : 00 am- 3 : 30 p.
- Tuesday : 9 : 00 am- 4 : 00 pm
- Wednesday : 9 : 00am- 4 : 00 pm
- Thursday : 8 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm
- Friday : 9 : 00 am - 3 : 30pm
