This is a strategic role but is best suited for a leader comfortable digging into the weeds of the work when necessary. You will be responsible for managing a small team of marketing and creative staff in functions across digital marketing, content creation, asset development, design and similar projects, with a big focus on sales enablement.
You'll play a critical role in the leadership of the department and organization, working consistently with other department leads to collaborate on overall company direction and strategy.
To be a fit, you should bring a track record of marketing success in a B2B environment, with experience in a relevant space of distribution, logistics or other B2B products / services.
Experience directly managing a a small team, with experience planning strategic growth, hiring and managing performance, is required.
A deep understanding of lead generation and digital marketing practices is a must, along with a track record of working closely with sales teams.
