Project Manager
Mancan Staffing is assisting a thriving Kent construction company who is seeking an Project Manager to join their team! This company focuses on water and waste treatment facilities and water towers.
Pay : $75,000-$125,000 annually
Shift : Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm Friday 7am-1pm
1 hour lunch break
OSHA 30 certification will be required within 90 days of start.
CAD experience, is a plus!
Some sort of degree in construction, is a plus!
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
Project Coordination and Project Controls
Construction Billing and Cash Flow Projects
Cost tracking for sequential costing
Job cost analysis
Project schedule adherence
Weekly Meetings
Meeting minutes and documentation
Project monthly report generation
Change management reports
Application for payment verification
Create Purchase Orders
Create Submittals
Contract administration
Punch list management
Warranty review and procurement
As-built document procurement
Solicitation calls for bids
Job creation for Foundation
Copies of blue print
